Dr. Phlatt Mclean holds degrees in Computer Engineering, Business, and Communications from Brigham Young University - Idaho, a master's in leadership studies from Texas State University, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University. He co-founded two corporations in telecommunications and corporate training, holds 7 patents, and is developing industry-standard assessments and training. With 25 years of experience in corporate America and development work, Dr. Mclean has expertise in project management, training, technology, and leadership. He has served as an Athletic Director, Coach, and Athlete, gaining insights into public relations and community needs. Dr. Mclean leverages his knowledge to improve individuals, communities, and nations through teaching, training, and technology. He developed a revolutionary training platform supporting individual learning capabilities and fostering employee retention.
