We have recently remodeled and added a brand new menu. If you haven't been to Carlos and Harleys for a while, get ready for a fresh experience and some incredible food.

Whether you live here full time, are visiting from surrounding areas, or while on a ski trip, our hope is that Carlos & Harley’s Cantina will be a place you come back to again and again — for the excellent food and company.

Our chef and kitchen designed the cantina’s menu to celebrate the freshest ingredients and flavors inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine. Chef specialty plates like Molcajete or the Poblano Salmon will delight your taste buds. There are also many gluten-free and vegetarian options.

We offer a full bar with exciting new drinks as well as the classics — all made with top shelf liquors. Wherever possible, we pride ourselves in incorporating local or Utah made ingredients.
