Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our team.
You will be responsible for performing injectable treatments with precision and care, helping our clients achieve beautiful, natural-looking results while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and PRF injections following brand protocols.

Conduct thorough client consultations, assess candidacy, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.

Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.

Build strong client relationships to promote retention and referrals.

Uphold the highest clinical and safety standards, including sterile technique.

Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain advanced skillset.

Represent The Aesthetic Lounge's brand values in all client interactions.
Required Qualifications:
-
Active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Utah.

Minimum of 3 years experience performing cosmetic injectables (Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, biostimulators).

Deep understanding of facial anatomy, aging patterns, and treatment safety.

Strong consultative and communication skills — able to recommend customized plans, not just treatments.

Passion for creating natural, refined, and individualized aesthetic results.

Team-oriented mindset and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:

Ultrasound training or willingness to learn ultrasound-guided injection techniques

Experience with skincare sales or knowledge of cosmeceutical-grade skincare.

Experience with laser treatments, microneedling, PRF, or regenerative aesthetics..
