Shelby Willoughby serves as a Plant Manager for Kimberly Clark in Ogden leading manufacturing operations with an emphasis on safety, operational excellence, and team development. She brings extensive experience in large-scale manufacturing, including operations leadership, supply chain integration, and continuous improvement.
As a participant in the Hill Air Force Base Honorary Commander Program, she is committed to strengthening partnerships between industry and the military in support of Team Hill’s mission. She has a strong family legacy of military service, with relatives who have served in the Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Army.
