Women in Business Luncheon
Spoil yourself by indulging in a delicious lunch, networking, and becoming inspired by an uplifting message from Sara Mejeur for our August Women in Business Luncheon.
Sara, known as the “hype girl” for her energy, joy, and ability to rally others, leads the team at Ogden’s George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park, where she fuels curiosity, wonder, and dino-sized fun for thousands of visitors. She’s also a certified Working Genius Coach and founder of Insightful Collaborations, LLC, helping teams fight burnout, boost productivity, and build healthy culture. In her spare time, Sara recharges on trails, with friends, or adventuring with her hunky husband and 3 wild kiddos.
In the chaos of daily life, self-care can often feel like a luxury—something reserved for those with more time, more money, or more discipline. For many, it becomes just one more thing to fall short on. But Sara has learned it doesn’t have to be that way. She will share personal insights and practical strategies for integrating simple, sustainable self-care into your daily life. She’ll explore when to say yes, how to say no, and why sometimes the best choice is to simply stay in bed! From investing in yourself and embracing change to recognizing when to pause or take a leap, her message is rooted in tuning into your needs, trusting your intuition, and embracing the beautiful mess of life. As Sara puts it, “If I’ve found a way to make space for self-care, you can too!”
