"Current Workforce Trends"\n\n\n\nRachel Child\, entrepreneur\, trainer\, consultant and Human Resources professional who loves to help organizations reach their potential by teaching people how to work better together.  Rachel received her Masters of Business Administration from Weber State University\, runs her own training and consulting firm\, (RachelMay Enterprises)  teaches at Weber State University and serves as the faculty adviser for the SHRM Student Club.  She holds two Human Resource Certifications (PHR and SHRM-CP) and is delighted to be here with you.
