She also directs the organization's Marketing and Communications team\, helping shape strategic storytelling\, community outreach\, and collaborative partnerships that strengthen connection and visibility across ODA's programs and events.\n\n \n\nCecily plays a key role in producing and growing many of Ogden's most recognized events\, including Farmers Market Ogden\, the Ogden Arts Festival\, the Historic 25th Street Car Show\, and Harvest Moon Celebration. Her work centers around building authentic relationships with a diverse mix of stakeholders to create experiences that bring people together and foster a stronger sense of community.\n\n \n\nA longtime Ogden resident and mother of two\, Cecily is deeply invested in the future of the community she calls home. She believes meaningful collaboration starts with relationships\, and she is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people feel connected\, supported\, and inspired to engage with one another.\n\n \n\nReide Thompson serves as Executive Director of the Ogden Downtown Alliance\, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting economic vitality and community vibrancy within Ogden's Central Business District. Driven by a passion for local placemaking and crafting memorable experiences\, Reide is invested in building vibrant\, connected\, and engaged communities through collaboration\, creativity\, and access to opportunity. With a diversified leadership background in both small business and nonprofit organizations\, Reide brings over 13 years of experience in strategic development\, marketing\, and community-led events and initiatives. Outside of work\, Reide enjoys spending time outdoors in nature\, volunteering\, and seeking out unique cultural experiences through art and travel.\n\n \n\nTogether they will talk about building connections\, collaboration and community.\n\n\n\nIn order to guarantee food count\, registration will close May 19 at noon.
