Gardner Policy Institute\, University of Utah\n\n\n\nMichael Jeanfreau is a Senior Economist who serves the Northern Region of the Utah Department of Workforce Services. Mr. Jeanfreau loves the challenge of gathering\, analyzing\, and translating economic information into understandable narratives that help provide actionable insights to community partners. Michael has bachelor's degrees in Financial Math and Quantitative Economics from Weber State University. When not immersed in synthesizing data into mental maps\, Mr. Jeanfreau runs a D&D group and enjoys beekeeping.\n\n\n\nEric Allen is the Sr. Vice President of Advisory and oversees the Utah and Idaho markets for Zonda. Eric is responsible for all consulting\, speaking engagements and managing client relationships. Eric led the expansion of Metrostudy's (now Zonda) operations into the Greater Salt Lake market in 2001\, later opening the St. George & Mesquite market area in 2005\, and the Boise\, Idaho market in 2006. Eric possesses a vast knowledge of local real estate and home building community. Eric currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Salt Lake and Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association\, and the Home Aid Utah Chapter.\n\n\n\nNatalie Gochnour serves as an associate dean in the David Eccles School of Business and director of the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute at the University of Utah. She also serves as the Chief Economist for the Salt Lake Chamber.
